How do you protect my home and property during the tree trimming and or tree removal?

Gaston’s invests in the proper equipment and training of their employees. Proper training allows us to accurately assess details like the lean of your tree, wind direction, and direction of fall and then make the proper cuts to ensure that trees and limbs are removed safely. The right equipment means that we don’t use any destructive tools, like tree spikes, which cause damage to your property and create potential problems in the future. Furthermore, equipment like cranes and bucket trucks allow us to remove threatening trees and branches from dangerous areas, with limited risk.
Why is it necessary for a tree service company to have insurance?

Tree service can be dangerous work and while we do our best to minimize accidents by utilizing the proper equipment and requiring proper training of our employees, insurance protects not only the tree service company but also you, the customer, in the unlikely event of an accident. No, we do not require payment until after the job is completed.
Do you subcontract your work?

No, when you trust Gaston’s with your tree service, we don’t take that trust for granted. For this reason, we will never subcontract jobs that we quote for you. In addition to sending our trained and professional staff, we own all of our own equipment so that we are never at the mercy of a rental company to get the job done quickly and completely.
